There are numerous self help books available, some better than others.  Below are listed just a few of what for me form a core of essential reads.    I have included a link to Amazon.co.uk with each book to help you find out more about it and its availability.  The list is far from exhaustive but these are the ones I regularly lend to clients and the ones that clients report as valuable and or interesting.
